Horrible service

I have never opened an account with Telkom,however an account was opened at Telkom using my name and after that my name was handed in to nudebt . I guess they are debt collectors. I have forwarded affidavit and id and proof of signature to both Telkom and Nudebt. But I have not obtained any feedback from both parties.
