Horrible Service

Telkoms poor service will never come to an end. They keep debiting extra and i keep logging calls for my problem to be resolved. I don't understand what it is that they want from me. maybe I should take telkom to court, I logged a call and got this ref number ********** 2: it was resolved and still got debited R600. I logged another call and I am still waiting for it to be resolved....this is the worst service I have ever received
