horrible service

i recently app**** for a home line with telkom and was not satisfied with my line i called the very next day after installation to cancel the line i was given a ref no to date they have not cancelled the service and keep debiting my account as well as sending me letters of demands i have tried multiple times to cancel with no assistance from telkom
