Horrible Service
Telkom's Customer service portal is the most useless platform one can ever find; for an organisation that plays in this type of industry at the age in which we live, i must applaud them for being extremely ineffective, timewasting and very much disappointing.
I would ot reccommend anyone to even bother using their services. They might have the best deals out there for now, but they have ZERO customer centricity, they really suck at this.
It is only a matter of time until, one of us gets funding to take on this useless giant and demonstrate how things should be done in this game.
