horrible service

i called the call centre 10217 and i was put on hold for 35 minutes, my problem is you can't put a person on hold such a long time especially if it is a call centre as big as Telkom. I was unimpressed with their service and i think its unfair to put someone on hold for a long time and eventually when i got through, i spoke to this lady who was unfriendly and impatient (my ***) i am really not happy with the service from Telkom call centre, i will never even advise someone to call them. Such a horrible experience, being put on hold for 35 minutes.
