Horrible service

I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from telkom if it was possible for me to leave no star at all I would 😔. I have asked for EFT banking details and one of the consultants sent me. I have made payments twice and when I realised that those payments were not allocated I contact telkom. One of the consultants Phumelele Khumalo advised that I was sent incorrect details by the other agent. She then said I must email the pop for allocation. I still haven't received any feedback and it's been days 😕 no. I sent her an email to make follow up. I have been charged penalty charges more than once while I am making payments. Who must account for those penalties as I have been making payments.

I definitely wouldn't recommend telkom to anyone
