Horrible Service

This is probably the worst company! An upgrade was completed on one of my phone contracts with telkom without my consent or acknowledgment, its been a hassle and headache to get this issue resolved I am now given the run around to fix this mess I haven't made! Transferred from one department to the next with no actual solution, I have been told I am unable to stop my debit order without a case number. They are so quick to take your money every month but unable to resolve an issue they clearly made!!!
