HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 27th may I app**** online for a uncapped wifi worth 899 a guy from Credico Helped me . I followed up today's later he said the application was approved I must wait for the delivery message. 11th June i received an sms apologizing for the delay from telkom and that i should expect delivery within 7days. Friday i called and i was told that they cant find my application i called the guy and he said its telkom issue. I logged back online and it said that I have an order already on their system ... the service is HORRIBLE it's almost a month now and no one is even calling me to update me ...
