HORRIBLE service

Horrible, horrible service. We placed an order for our line to be moved on 1 Dec, in November. We called 1 Dec to confirm the booked technician will come out as booked. No technician came. I spoke to Telkom numerous times got numerous escalations and STILL, no technician came out to relocate the line.
