Horrible service

I honestly have no words for the horrible service I have received from telkom. 3 weeks later and still I have gotten no response from them regarding the delivery of my phone, yet the debit order went off within 2 days of my contract being approved. The consultant was super rude and swore at me. Telkom is trash vele.
