Horrible servcie from Telkom

<p>Thi review was sent on the 14March with no assistance and again on the 30th March with no assistance. This is now my 3rd attempt. Job/reference no. is ********** 2. ..</p> <p>I have a contract Samsung tablet with Telkom. I went to Telkom Greenstone on the 1st March 2017 to get it repaired because it is broken. I stood on the queue for over 30min just to be told that there is nothing they can do for me and I need to take it in at Samsung. I then went to Samsung inside the mall which they sent me back to Telkom because I needed a purchase invoice for my tablet. I stood again for over 20min to be told that their system was offline and can't print invoices, they took my details and said they will call me once they were up and running, which they never did. On the 14th March I went back to the store to try get the invoice, again they told me that they cannot print one for me as my contract details were captured incorrectly by the lady who sold me the tablet, now that is supposed to be my problem. It is very unfair that it is going to a month now and I can't get Telkom to do one simple thing for me, print an invoice so that I can book my tablet in for repairs at Samsung. Come month end, Telkom will be deducting from my bank account for data that I could not even use due to their staff incompetence. Now the question is, how much back and forth should I keep doing just to get my purchase invoice reprinted!!!</p>
