Horrible Sales Service

<p>I've placed an order online, 25 April, I've called them after 10 days on their call center had to wait for 35min on the line for consultant to take my call, they said out stock, but the will call me as soon as the stock became available, After 5 days I called them again they said the stock is available but they don't know why they didn't initiate delivery, they promised the delivery on the next day, which didn't happened. I called them again after 3 days asking how far they said the order has been sent to courier it, they gave me a reference number to track it online, but when I try to track it online using the reference number say invalid reference number. </p> <p> </p> <p>This service is horrible I've called them 3-time each call takes a minimum of 40munits, 3*40 = 120 minutes, and now m given a responsibility to track orders. Sucks, sucks, sucks, never never use Telkom it sucks</p>
