Horrible sales department

I have been trying to upgrade my cellphone contract since the 4th of this month. I live in a small town which does not have a Telkom branch. I made numerous requests on the app and online for a sales person to contact me since that date. It baffles the mind that a company can ignore a request where they will be making money with this upgrade. I can only imagine how I will struggle if I have any other problem and have to call the call center.
