Horrible problem solving- They can't help you

<p>I cancelled my line on the 25th of Januay, Ihave phoned numerous times, I have sent emails to the cancellation department. They have now cut my new line and refuse to resolve my problem. I am beyond fedup. I cannot get a line at my new house with kids having to do school projects. They are terrible at giving a service and dont even mention trying to get hold of someone that can actually help you. They are no where to be found. Horrible horrible horrible</p>
