Horrible overbilling

Received a bill in which te admin fee is almost twice as much as our normal monthly installment. The total on this bill was 3x more than usual. When I called telkom and explained that no one said it would be this deer, they just told me that I stil have to pay. This amount was not declared when our options were given for the cancelation of contract. I am furious!
