Horrible non-existent service

Absolutely terrible service from Telkom. Putting aside their abominable service, their call centre agents and store agents are absolutely terrible. I visited the store to arrange cancelation of an already non-existent service and the store assistant (who was of no assistance at all) promises me that they will only cancel after 30 days which allows me the time to still view the emails I need to. And what do you know, for the first time ever Telkom provides a service albeit a unasked for one. They cancelled my service (which I am still paying for) immediately which was supposed to be available until the end of the month. Call centre agents are of no help " sorry Ma'am I cant help you", "I understand Ma'am but there is nothing we can do". This is exactly why I am cancelling my service no one cares about the experience of the customer, they have not cared that I have been without service for many days and weeks of the time I have been paying for the "service". I am so frustrated with Telkom. I will never use their internet service again.
