Horrible network to use

Telkom is not a good company to have a contract with. I have for contract under it and I bought a Huawei D12 and they delivered it with one Microsoft 365 missing in the package, I am was told to return it and I did, however I still got billed foe the laptop I didn't have and the didn't cancel that contact after they said I must return the laptop.

Now I order the same laptop and second time around still the Microsoft 365 was missing, because I had exams and had to practice I kept the second one.

Now I am billed for the laptop I dont have and the one I have with missing Microsoft 365. Now all my services, 4 of the are blocked because of they did not cancel the contact of the the 1st laptop. Yes I didn't reverse the debit order because I really can't be paying for something I don't have. Now all my services are blocked. ALL OF THEM NOT ONLY THAT ONE THAT IS AFFECTED. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 i dislike this network
