Horrible network that lacks great service and overcharges customers for their own mistakes

Never get a contract with Telkom. I thought I learned my lesson with my first one but instead I ended up upgrading with them once again, this time I had asked them not to debit from my account anymore because I get paid on the 25th and they are never able to deduct, so I told them that I will manually eft to them every month and I do but here I am being charged for missed debits mind you I asked them not to debit. I'm tired of their reckless customer service all they care about is money and they don't care how they get it. So if you're thinking of getting a contract with Telkom. Don't. They are horrible.
