Horrible Network

I bought R150 airtime on the 4th of July and changed it to data and I received the sms confirmation of the transactions, but they deactivated my sim card on the 5th of July without any communication and I have been using that sim for 3 years. When I called the call center today I was told there is nothing they can do.
