Horrible LTE/LTE-A Service

I have a LTE Smartbroadband package at the moment. According to what Telkom advertises, you can get speeds of up to 50 Mbps. If I do normal browsing, I get speeds on average of 25 Mbps.

Whenever I do streaming or download songs on iTunes, the speed suddenly drops to 2 Mbps. That means that Telkom shapes the speed. Who gives Telkom the right to shape my speed? According to what I pay, I pay to get the necessary speed, I don't pay for the speed to get shaped. How can you advertise speeds of up to 50 Mbps, but then shape my speed whenever I want to download songs? I will most definitely cancel my Telkom subscription. I've been with Rain for a year before Telkom and there was not one time that I had such bad service as with Telkom!!!!
