Horrible LTE speeds
I have an adavnced LTE router with Telkom which has constant connection issues for the last 3 weeks. I logged a call and the turnaround for tech support is 72 work hours. Not sure how many hours in a day they work, but the problem is yet to be resolved. The only way I can use the internet is to connect with 3G. What is the point of paying for LTE if 3G is the only stable connection?

I logged a call with your call centre on 14 August, the reference number is ********** 7. You have a 72 hour turnaround time, I believe this is 72 working hours. I am not what Telkom working hours are, but at 8 hours this would be 9 days. Today is the 8th of September. You do the math.
If you are interested to retain me as a customer, get somebody to contact me.
