Horrible ISP

Telkom is ****ing piece of **** internet provider, if they could even call themselves that. The service is jittery and unreliable and it will never, ever reach what you were promised when you signed their ******ion contracts for it. There is almost no system in place that is remotely useful and customer friendly. The customer service is **********. The call lines are useless. The online system makes no sense and does not work. Systems are arcane and God save you if you made an account on their older system which has not been modernised and ported over properly.

The internet that you pay a ransom for will refuse to work at least a dozen times a week, there will be no connection and the response times are incredibly slow.

I will change to another internet service provider as soon as I even manage the mess of a maze that it is to cancel using an older account. Telkom is what happens when your country has allowed ************ monopolies to form, the upside is that there are far better internet service providers now. If you are considering entering a ransom contract with Telkom, DO NOT. If you are in, get out.
