Horrible internet service provider

I have an enormous problem with telkom uncapped internet. Seeing that you stepping into the new age and everything is almost internet this and wifi that and download this and watch that. With Netflix and showmax all on the rage and YouTube the most preferred to watch new content there is. Games and apps and all the new technological advancements out there. There is one thing that South Africa's biggest internet service provider is failing horribly by. We have an uncapped 4mbps line from telkom. The internet speed is at least at most times fair for half of the month. And that is at most times. The other half of the month we are throttled to a standing halt. Now I know telkom's Fair Usage Policy and all. But how on earth is it even relevant for a house hold kitted out with everything that uses internet and at least 17 devices connected to the wifi with the internet being the only means of entertainment in the house. How is it even possible for you to enjoy for what you paying for? You are paying for uncapped internet!!! Not capped internet!!! Stuff this Fair Usage Policy! I was thinking of upgrading to a 10mbps line just to bypass the hole policy issue but then it came to mind that even then you will still be throttled!!! For what? You pay each month for uncapped internet!!! Uncapped! To run smoothly and without having to be worried and pay any extra expenses on buying data bundles for a ****** phone or airtime. But even so that what we have to do in our household. I know of someone that has 10mbps line and doesn't even come close to the usage according to telkom's usage policy and there internet speed at most times are 0.45mbps. You call this service? You call this customer satisfaction? You call this looking after your clients? Instead you give a policy to explain why we shouldn't be using UNCAPPED internet as we please. This is honestly BS
