HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE

Good day.

I'm not happy with Telkom Service as they delay to solve my internet speed. They always come up with excuses that loadshadding and Covid-19 is the course. We need service delivery. Not excuses... Can Telkom solve my Network speed please. They promised me that i will get 10Mbps Uncapped All Hours but only get 0.6Kbps or sometimes 0.9Kbps and i pay R1000 every month for 0.9kbps which is not fair to me.. Please can this be resolved. I can't work like this.
