Horrible Internet Provider

I've been out of internet for almost 2 and a half months, I've been paying monthly and phoning weekly to ask for someone to come and sort the problem out but no one ever arrives.

Every time I phone Telkom they have a different excuse as to why the internet is not working or there isn't a note to say that someone was suppose to be sent out to assess the problem.

I will no longer be using Telkom as my internet service provider...very disappointed in the lack of service.
