Horrible insurance claim

The Worst! I have claimed with Telkom insurance with my first device and they took over a month to replace the device while the say to their clients its 3 days. I now have lost that device and done another claim and it has been another frustrating horrible experience with them. i have been calling for 3 weeks and i am not getting anywhere with them they are telling me to wait. ALL THE TIME. yet i am expected to pay for a phone contract plus insurance now that i have nit been replaced with. I strongly have discouraged people from all my social networks to not take their insurance
