Horrible insurance

I have telkom insurance. Tgey changed administrators from finrite. The current insurance is a nightmare to deal with about 30 min on the line waiting for a consultant. I claimed from my p30 lite which I got from them its almost 2 months now. They still have not assisted me they made a claim against a phone i canceled a contract and they fetched in 2017.im so frustrated. My case is handled by Chantelle Cheepers can someone get her to assist me please
