horrible, *********** staff and call centre

<p>I did an online application and told i will be given a call within 48 hours. no call. i then called the call centre and they said i will be contacted the next day. no call. i then called back and the sales team said there is no data under my ID number. i then used tha chat service and spoke to Nthabiseng Mill who said she cannot help me. i need this sorted or i will go viral with this pathetic service so that you lose customers who you do not appreciate!! </p>
