Horrible in person customer experience

Horrible customer experience from Elizabeth Centurion mall Telkom. I went there with a billing query but I got so much attitude and she was not willing to help at all .. kept asking me what the issue was when I kept explaining and showing her emails and communication from Telkom , all she said was well when it’s like this there is nothing we can do .. I’ve never experienced such horrible service in person and the lack of effort to at least try and resolve my issue..

She then proceeds to ask when stupid questions in a mocking and rude tone while playing with her hair !!! I wish I could give zero stars because 1 star is a lot !
