Horrible Horrible Telkom Installation Turnaround Times

I app**** for Telkom ADSL line to be installed at my house 5 weeks ago and I have not gotten a call from Telkom or Openserve to install my ADSL. Extremely disappointing. Please call me urgently at *** to get this resolved or cancel completely because I don't want to give my money to a company this ****.
