Horrible horrible servise TELKOM

I rate TELKOM -zero. Terrible service! My telcom cable were dead for 10 days. After 10 days they fix it. It lasted 7 days. There are no line again for the last 3 days, and not fixed yet. They didn't credit my account as promised. I pay Telkom for per month but only 14 days of the month online. I can not access my internet. They do not answer the phones. It cost me R60 per call to them to ask for assistance., where they let play mucic for an hour.
