Horrible horrible service

After a package being loaded and canceled, 2months down the line still has not been taken off my account. Services gets disconnected and each time I phone in its another delay. No one has contacted me to assist, I just keep getting asked if the device has been returned or any small excuse to not assist in the case.

The call center can do nothing except log a call, what does this actually help. I asked for a team leaders details and still nothing is being done or given. So no one has any power or authority there? We just collecting cheques at the end of the month. Case ********** 6
