Horrible horrible service!

I'm am appalled at the poor service I am experiencing. I've been standing in a long que waiting for the simple task to cancel my showmax account - something that should be done online.

Several staff members have gone home regardless of the long que of customers.

Once my contract is done. I will not be using Telekom for the mere fact that the customer service is ridiculous.
