Horrible Horrible (one more time) HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

I wish I could give telkom no stars at ALL!!! Service is weak AF! I have canceled my mobile wifi that I have by them and It has been 5 months now and they are still deducting from my account!!! How is this possible? Why haven't they canceled my contract? I did do the cancelation in the cooling off period BUT NOTHING!!! Every time I call to follow up they keep on telling me that someone or some departments will give me a call in 48 hours but that 48 hours just don't want to come..... So ja I think that there is a lot of people that is in the same situation as I am and Telkom needs to get there stuff sorted out...
