Horrible, horrible, inconvenient service

They're debiting me R500 more than my contract is supposed to be. There are no consultants in store that can assist with billing I need to be on a phone call for 30 minutes and still receive no help. One cone consultant says that it's a penalty for late payments that there's never been, then the next claims that it's due to a debit order that didn't go off. After which I checked my transactions on the banking app and it's there, then they ask for a proof of payment. Honestly horrible service, no one seems to know what they're doing there and the only way to solve billing issues is over the phone. **** poor service. DO NOT USE.
