HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!SERVICE PROVIDER

Telkom is a horrible network It’s been a month since they have locked my number for reason that I don’t know i have called numerous times been to over 5 telkom store wanting an explanation as to why my line has been locked the 1st consultant I spoke to said my line was locked due to ***** happening with my number, ***** that I know nothing about second consultant says there’s no ***** happening and my line isn’t locked MIND YOU I CANNOT MAKE ANY CALLS AND I CANNOT USE MY INTERNET SERVICES I CAN ONLY RECEIVE CALLS....THIS IS MY MAIN LINE HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO RUN MY BUSINESS IF I CANNOT MAKE CALLS...THEY HAVE OPEN AND CLOSED MY CASE WITHOUT RESOLVING IT....IM SICK SICK SICK OF TELKOM ***!!!!!!Network and customer service Im cancelling all contracts I have with telkom ALL THREE OF THEM!!!!! MIND YOU I NEVER MISS A PAYMENT BUT THEY KNOW HOW TO CLOSE MY LINES BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO OPEN THEM!!!!
