HORRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE DEFINITELY NO NEED TO CONTINUE WITH CONTRACT

Talk about a messed up service. No contract documents sent for a new contract. Package gets sent to the courier company with no delivery address. Don't know how possible is that but sure is ridiculous. For a first time telkom client this has been a disgusting experience. Don't even want the contract anymore. All that's left is cancellation before inception. Getting hold of Telkom is a nightmare because numbers are unobtainable even on their website. I AM DONE.
