Horrible experience from Telkom Sandton City

I have received the most HORRIBLE experience from TELKOM STORE SANDTON CITY. I took a contract for Samsung Z flip and smart watch. They didn't have this smart watch in stock then and was promised that they will call once they receive it. It is almost three months now, Telkom is still deducting premiums for this watch and haven't received it. I go to the store every week to follow up and promises are made but never receive the smart watch. I spoke to the store manager Pat who promised that latest this past Monday they should have it. Pat the manager is not answering my calls. THREE MONTHS OF PAYING FOR THIS SMART WATCH THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE!!!!!!!
