Horrible experience

I'm sales person to a motor industry. So now I want to start my own business. Today I was just going up and down trying to get my business going. I went to Telkom I festival mall to enquire on getting a land, I also wanted to get airtime for a contract phone that my wife got for me at Telkom and lastly get repair on the LCD for the contract phone from a Telkom. Now I get to the store a lady approached me so I ask now I'm told that I must bring 3 month bank statement and pay slip. So I say to this lady I don't need a contract or credit. I want a prepaid phone. No we don't offer prepaid but stand at the queue to ask in front. I stand on the queue. Then get to a lady that gave me the bad experience in my life. Firstly she assists busy up and down with documents. No eye contact ... No body language like she wanted to get me out of the shop I also thought if it was her way she could ask me to leave her shop. She say to me only old client have the prepaid. Then j say I also had a land line her response "like you say you had a line" second I ask for airtime straight forward " I can only sell airtime to you when you swip " no explanation lastly I ask to be assisted with insurance before I even say what on the insurance she give me a paper and say contact this no she doesn't know anything about the insurance. I say to no this phone has insurance. Then she say oh ok let me check on the system then say sorry I can't help you go the shop you got the phone.... shamelessly I left the shop.
