Horrible Experience

If I could I would give them no stars. First they suspend my service for no reason and have the audacity to bill me for a service they don't offer. I tried to find why they suspended my service, only for them to send a response saying: "The problem has been resolved" but nothing changed. Secondly my contract with Telkom has expired but they still bill me. You don't offer me the service and my contract with you has expired but you still want money from me, what for? Telkom you are the worst!!!
