Horrible employees

The Telkom branch at Maponya Mall has the most rudest employees, they are disrespectful and undermine customers. I went there with a friend of mine to purchase a WiFi device and we literally waited for more than an hour (me and others) and one of the staff member was being rude at a customer who was seeking help with his phone... instead of assisting he was harassed. I will for one will never purchase at Telkom as I had planned to do so, very bad impression.
