Horrible download speeds

I'm getting less than 1 mb per second download on my lte connection. What is the point of paying for ****ty service like this?????? According to the map I have LFE coverage. Just another way of tricking people to pay for a service you will never receive. What a joke!! And don't even try give me that **** about moving my router. I've had it everywhere, and my rain Sim gets a perfect connection at a fraction of the price. So what's the deal Telkom?????
