Horrible Customer Service, Telkom Garden Route Mall

Yesterday(25/07/2024) 17:25 I went to Telkom at Garden Route Mall, George, to open a new LTE contract. Lusindiso Mema helped me. At 6pm, with a huge attitude, he told me to come back tomorrow because he is leaving. I told him I stay far me to come back tomorrow can he just complete it... He burst out and told me that he does not have to do what he is doing, he wants to leave and I have an attitude. His colleagues and a team leader witnessed the whole unpleasant conversation. I took my documents and went home.

Please watch the people you employ. I struggle with Telkom's network already for me to deal with horrible customer service. If people do not want to work, they must open spaces for those who are in need of jobs.
