Horrible customer service regarding contract

I took out a contract two months ago at the Telkom Sandton City Branch,that came with a watch but did not receive my watch as they didn't have stock

They told me I would receive it with in 3 weeks. It's been two months now and my first debit is going off end of the month both the phone and watch but didn't receive a watch as yet

They then advised me that the other telkom stores don't want to assist stock so that means we have to wait again until they have stock this is ridiculous service and unacceptable as it's the same damn store why can't they share the stock with other branches.
