Horrible Customer Service on fixing our internet line

I am absolutely horrofied and disappointed by your service. We've been trying to get help for a week and mobody seems to care. 3weeks back we moved our line to our new premise. But the order was not closed- Im not sure why. Now when we need help from a technician as our internet line was damaged by lightening, nobody can help me because of an order that was not closed.

I've spoken to a total of consultants and they keep sending me back and forth. This is the worst customer service!!!!!!!
