Horrible customer service!!!

Telkom Mobile has the worst customer service. Unfortunately, there's no rating for 0. I want to cancel my contracts, but unable to reach their cancellation departments. This was my sixth attempt and after being on hold for almost an hour at each occasion, I end up ending the call. I feel like this on purpose. I cannot even call at the Telkom retail store. The consultants always refer me to call a number 081 180 know well that the cancellation department is unreacheable. I'm a frustrated customer. I would not recommend this company, take a contract at your own risk.
