Horrible customer service by Zimkitha Mbodla from Telkom

I got the worst service from Zimkhitha Mbodla. I raised a refund application with her on the 15th of May 2026 and never received any feedback in a week! It's very frustrating cause I have been following up with her and all she did was ignore my emails.
