Horrible customer service and my problem couldn’t be resolved as the customer agent hanged up on me.

Absolutely disgusted by telkom service been having an re occurring issue with regards to my WiFi connection. I have made several attempts to try and get a technician to visit my home as telkom customer service agent promised they would come on the 7th. This afternoon I called telkom call centre an received HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. The customer service agent HANGED UP on my call twice. Absolutely not happy with telkom over all, Looking to seek another service provider as soon as possible.
