Horrible customer service and false promises
<p>I have had 2 appointments made for a line to be installed at my home for internet service. Both times nobody pitched. They have stayed true to their bad reputation - was hoping it was wrong</p>
Ok and again I have done my part, but nobody from Telkom has contracted me as promised after the mail I sent as requested. Spend 5 hours on the phone yesterday being transferred from one person to another and them show levels of incompetence and lack of customers service that will make your head spin!! Everybody asks the same questions over and over! When I have told them what the problem is, the lady on the line asks me "how can I help?" Clearly not listening to a word I said. No manager is ever available - always in meetings stangely enough. Makes me doubt if there is a competent manager in the WHOLE OF TELKOM!!!!!!!
