Horrible Customer Service Agent

Telkom tried to call Me but I was out of reach, it's been two weeks now and my query is still not resolved.

I spoke to an agent Thabsile based in Durban, I explain that I cannot have a phone, she literally said I quote "how can you not have your phone with you when you have reported a query" never-mind the fact that I told her that phone is not allowed at my work place. The agent was very rude, spoke over Me several times, she literally defended telkom over the service level that I have experienced, I will post this to hellopeter as I told her....I'm extremely angry about the AGENT, and I want to know how telkom will deal with this AGENT

Agents like Thabsile will attract more detractors than promoters for telkom.
